Our typical delivery time on this product is 28 days from placing an order, although this may be shorter, dependent on a number of factors. Please contact us about our express delivery service. Our concrete buildings should only be erected on a concrete base of suitable thickness. We recommend a minimum of 4 inch thickness throughout. The base should be FLAT LEVEL AND SQUARE and at least 6 inches longer and 6 inches wider than the external dimensions of the garage.
